Transcript Request Form

If you graduated from Burke High School in 2021, please complete the transcript/request form. There is a $5.00 processing fee, which needs to be remitted before the request can be processed.  If you graduated prior to 2021, please visit/contact Charleston County School District's Archives Department at (843) 566.8109.
